Shipping & Returns

We will strive to prepare and ship your order within 24-48 business day hours of receipt. Most packages will be shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail which generally delivers in 1-3 days. For larger and heavier boxes we may ship your package(s) via UPS. Either way, from your online order, you should recieve a tracking email once we print the shipping label. 

Please note that if your package is shown as "delivered" by the US Postal Service or by UPS, they will not cover the package if it was stolen from your doorstep. Chippy's will not be responsible for replacing your package if it was stolen. The insurance that is included in these shipping services only covers if the package was lost in the hands of the carriers. If you have a door camera and see someone stealing your package, you should report it to the Police and to the shipping service. 

 

We make every effort to exceed your expectations by delivering our freshest hand-crafted popcorns direct to you, your family, your friends and business partners. Although all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, we do want to hear from you if you are not completely satisfied. custserv@chippyspopcorn.com
